NIGHTLY ROUTINE TIPS

• Take one to two Restful Blend Complex Softgels 30 minutes before sleep.

• Diffuse other Essential Oils for sleep like Cedarwood, Juniper Berry, Lavender, Restful Blend, Vetiver, Wild Orange, and Ylang Ylang.

• Apply one drop Lavender or Restful Blend with Balance to the bottoms of your feet.

• Apply one drop of Vetiver to your big toes to quiet the mind and shut down for the night.
