DAY 27 – WAKE UP YOUR SENSES

Whether you are trying to pick yourself out of bed, trying to stay focused as you exercise, or needing to stay alert towards the end of your long day, you will love adding PEPPERMINT to your Daily Healthy Habits.

Take one drop of PEPPERMINT and one drop of Frankincense in the palm of your hand. Rub hands together, then cup them over your nose and inhale deeply. Make sure to avoid the eyes. Breathe deeply for one minute as you clear your mind. The increase of oxygen will put a pep right into your step. TIP: Try adding one drop of Wild Orange or Lemon for extra revitalization.
